§1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services between Hein Financial Research UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (hereinafter “Provider”) and its customers in the version valid at the time of contract conclusion.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products on the Provider’s website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded through the explicit confirmation by the Provider or by the delivery of the goods.

§3 Prices and Payment Terms

(1) All prices include the statutory value-added tax.

(2) Payment is made via the payment methods specified on the Provider’s website.

§4 Delivery

(1) Delivery is made digitally by providing a download or access.

(2) After payment is received, the customer will receive the necessary information to access the purchased product.

§5 Right of Withdrawal

(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

(2) Further information on the right of withdrawal is contained in the Provider’s cancellation policy.

§6 Liability

(1) The Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

§7 Data Protection

The Provider collects and processes personal data of the customer exclusively within the framework of legal provisions.

§8 Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the Provider and the customer is the Provider’s registered office.
